EDM #1 - draw a shoe
A am so tired just now, and I know that drawing gives me energy but the lack of energy makes it hard to pick something to draw so I took the challange list.
This is not a shoe, this is my Lundhags boots that I use summer and winter for outdoor activities. They are 15 years old and the leather shows that they have been used but the soles looks brand new. I am amazed over these boots. Lundhags!

Hey, you should send something about these boots to Cool Tools. This kind of thing (not the drawing, the ever lasting boots) is exactly what that site is about.
Oh, and I love the drawing of course. There’s just one thing that bothers me, and I don’t know if this is my brain doing it or if it’s the drawing itself, it looks to me like the tongue of the boot is curved inwards instead of outwards. Anyway, hope the lack of energy goes away soon. =)

About the tongue of the boot, they are curved inwards. The thick leather tongue is sewed together with the boot in the front so that no water or snow can find its way in. When I put the boots on my leg folds the tongue and it curves after my leg.
In the front of the boot there is an extra something so that they fit into cable bindings on skis. Tegsnäs for example.
