Depict

This weeks challenge is to draw something sour or tart.
This is a bottle of ReaLime. I had a thing for it when I was pregnant and the bottle is still in the refrigerator.

Two things I have been thinking about this week regarding scissors: The first is that the word in Swedish for a pair of scissors (“en sax”) is just one (not a pair), and that makes it difficult for me to put together sentences that sounds right. I am still in a constant struggle when I write in English. Writing a word or two and then erase them again. When I try to write something about my relationship with this pair of scissor I think “a scissor” every time. In other words, this exercise is really good for me.

The other thing about scissors is that I am left handed and most scissors are not. I have some stories to tell about the life of a left hand in the world of right handed scissors but the my ongoing fight with the grammar forces me to end this now.

I bought a pair of black mittens recently but I thought they was not complete. I modified them a bit. Felted cuffs and sewed them on. Now I have a pair that keeps me warm and looks like they belong to me.

All new and still everything is old.

I imported some of my old posts. Kept the dates but not the text. The text is brand new, except for the EDM challanges.

The cuffs goes up to her knees. Keeps them on. I plan to use them outdoors when she is in the babysling.
